In order to register an order, information regarding the rental period and the equipment reserved or ordered must also be stored. <p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">When you use the service, your order history is stored. These personal data are used to provide the service to you. The data are retained for as long as you remain registered as a user with us.</p>

You may also contact us and request that your personal data be deleted or that your account be removed from our systems. In such cases, you will no longer be able to use the service unless you register again.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">When you place an order, your payment card information is stored by our payment provider, DIBS, in order to manage your order. DIBS stores this information securely and responsibly and is PCI certified.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">This enables us to process order modifications, release payment reservations such as security deposits, issue refunds, charge additional costs incurred by the user (for example, due to late returns, damage, or similar circumstances), and reduce misuse and losses.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Transaction information is stored in relation to your order; however, payment card details themselves are not stored by us. Transaction information is retained for as long as you remain registered as a user of the service, as described in the section on personal data.</p>

The deposit works just like when you use a hotel or rental car. When ordering, an extra amount is reserved on your card for a small security against damage or late return. Once you have returned, we will check the equipment and release the amount on your card. Everything happens automatically and you do not have to do anything.
